Dear Artist,

I am excited to offer you the opportunity to present your work with us at ARTexpo New York 2019!

For 41 years and counting, Artexpo has been changing the way people buy and sell art. The annual show presents the opportunity, for many of the biggest industry buyers and collectors, to view your art in person at one of the largest art fairs in the world. The fair attracts 35,000+ attendees who line up for the show every year, it’s a chance for them to see the newest, brightest faces of the art world and to purchase.

This year the fair will take place between April 4 – April 7th and and will be held at Pier 92, running concurrently with The Photography Show presented by AIPAD at Pier 94. Over the past several years, Pier 92/94 has quickly become a recognizable event space in New York City, utilized for high-end shows and large-scale events. FAI will be exhibiting in a prime location in the platinum section of the fair and we are confident that many visitors will attend our booth.

If accepted to participate with us your experience will be worry free and we will take care of all the details for you and provide you with all the items listed below.

With years of curating experience, Cabell will work with you to select the best art fairs for your work, as well as choosing specific pieces of art.

CATALOG

FAI catalog featuring you and your work will be distributed to our visitors. The catalog will include a sample of your artwork and a review written by a professional art writer. Here is a sample of the catalog:

SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTIONS

Social media is critical these days. FAI will collaborate with Agora Gallery and will have a very active presence on social media! We will promote the fair on all of our platforms. Here are some samples of the social media pages:

COLOR CARDS

Color postcards are a great way to help spread the word about your work. They also serve as excellent tokens and memorabilia. We will print a personal card for you and display it in the booth, free to any guests. It’s another great way your art can reach more viewers for a longer period of time.
